The project that earned a job offer before graduation

The project

Academy Coding is a SmartBreeder programme run with FAI that simulates a real professional environment: teams, deadlines and delivery judged by a panel. Alexandre’s entry was the Activity Scheduler — a schedule management system across three nested levels, with progress tracking and automated status reports.

Technical highlights

  • Three-level hierarchy: project → resource → task, with progress rolled up from the bottom
  • Task grid coloured by status, with completion percentage per row
  • Status report with a progress chart, exportable
  • Schedule sent by email straight from the application
